iPhone wins J.D. Power award
J.D. Power and Associates reported that Apple’s iPhone generated the highest customer satisfaction among all the smart-phone users. J.D. Power asked the 1400 respondents “to rate the smartphones for ease of operation, operating system, physical design, handset features, and battery aspects”. No. 2 on the list was RIM with their BlackBerry, closely trailed by Samsung.
