Remember the movie Minority Report? The part where Tom Cruise was gesturing and moving his fingers and hand to move through the windows all around him? Well, good news. The technology is here. Oblong Industries has come up with something called the G-Speak, which as they explain is a “spatial operating environment”.

So why the inspiration to have something like Minority Report? Oblong’s website says, “one of Oblong’s founders served as science advisor to Minority Report and based the design of those scenes directly on his earlier work at MIT.” Yeah…no wonder.
