I never really got the chance to test Safari 3 in Mac. Now, I finally did. I have several laptops running Windows and all this time Firefox was my default browser. When I actually used Safari (version 3.0.4) in my Powerbook (running ‘Leopard’), I had nothing else to say. By far the fastest browser in the Mac world, it seemed that Apple did somewhat prove that ‘Safari – the fastest browser in the world’. In comparison, when I was running Firefox in Leopard, it kind of felt like running IE in Windows. I am not sure how to exactly explain this…it is basically one of those things that you really need to see and feel before you can say something. I could not test the accurate loading times of the webpages from Safari, but the difference in speed is easily identifiable. To end with, to all the dudes out there, yes… Safari is the fastest browser in Mac!
