Micron will start mass-manufacturing the RealSSD C200 256GB in March 2009. Other than the huge size of the SSD, it is supposed to be blazingly fast measuring at 250MB per second data read speed. The write speed is 100MB per second. On a comparative scale Samsung 256GB SSD measures at 220MB read speed and 200MB write speed. So, looks like both the devices are well balanced in their own ways.
