The world’s most popular mobile browser, Opera Mini’s version 4.2 is now out of beta. If you haven’t used this browser yet, then let me assure you are missing something. Expect for may be Opera Mobile, I don’t think there is any other browser which can compete with this really cool app.

It should be noted that the browser does required the Java Virtual Machine (JVM) and is not a Windows Mobile native application. But make no mistake, Opera Mini runs almost as fast any other native application and makes no compromises on speed. Opera claims that the performance is even more faster because it “can use our newly established server park in the US. This means significantly faster page page downloads for users in the Americas and Asia-Pacific region.”

You are even luckier if you have a Sony or Nokia mobile phone, Opera says it can even stream m.youtube.com videos with ease ! Opera Mini also allows synchronizing with notes through the Opera desktop browser and personalization of colorful skins. Impressive !
