Time for the next Android phone, this time from Kogan

T-mobile G1 will no longer be the “the one” to have Android. Australian cell phone manufacturer, Kogan will launch their version of Android-powered mobile phone, as early as January 2009. This officially makes them the world’s second Android phone maker. The cellphones will be available in two versions, the Kogan Agora and the Agora Pro.
The price of the phone would be an estimated AU$199 (US$ 223). If you are in US, you can get one shipped right at your door. The cost would be a $75 extra. The good news is that both phones would be available unlocked. No contracts, so you can go ahead with one to explore the wonderful world of Android, if you haven’t done so.
Kogan says that the number of units manufactured would be limited as of now, so if you are really interested, we suggest you start moving now.
