We have seen quite a few interesting cars this year. Here’s one more…a six-wheeled car ! Italian manufacturer Ferruccio Covini’s has now a radical six wheeler, the C6W. The company had plans for this from the early 70′s, but the concept became reality only recently.

You ask “Why 4 front wheels?” Covini says, its all beacuse of security. Four wheels on the front means, if two tires blow out, the vehicle will not loose control. Plus, more rubber on the road gives the the extra stopping power.

Power of the car ? It has a 4.2 liter Audi engine boasting 433 horsepower and 346 lbs of torque through a 6-speed manual transmission. Top speed ? 185 mph.

By the way, this is no longer a concept, C6W will go in production very soon.

I’m stuck at work, so I can’t verify this personally, but a friend of mine is at home and is trying unsuccessfully to activate his Netflix account on Xbox LIVE. He tells me via IM that he was told to go to Netflix’s Web
