This is a refrigerator with a twist. Multiple compartments that are isolated from one another make up the whole freezing unit. Yes indeed, it’s a good product for students or people who have to share a  single fridge owing to their education or job purposes. Each can have a space of his own and keeping one’s  food becomes a whole easy task without disturbing others’.

The colors distinctly indicate the parts which can be stacked individually [the 4 units]. Hence moving it becomes  a lot easier.

Stefan Buchberger is the designer, where Flatshare was one  of the nine finalists in the Electrolux Design Lab 2008 competition.
