The world’s one of the most respected automobile company, Toyota, is secretly planning to build solar powered vehicles. The development although in its early stage, will take place in two phases.

In the first phase, it will manufacture cars which will be partially powered by solar-cells, and would require to be recharged by electricity generated from solar panels on the roofs of homes. In the next phase it will manufacture cars completely powered by solar cells fitted to the car.

Availability is unknown, as the production for such vehicles is a few years away.
