Structure in Netherlands with Optical Illusions

This structure is a part of a planned city center project for the city of Almere, Netherlands. The design particularly attracts attention due to the wavy illusion on the surface.

The picture below shows a close-up view. But at different angles of observation amusing aspects gets disclosed. Following pictures are sure to amaze you that promptly depicts the architectural finesse.
