We all love the hush hush about new gadgets on the horizon. Danish mobile phone site Mobil reports that Sony Ericsson may be coming up with a new Xperia model, codenamed Rachael, which is powered by Google Android. We don’t know much about the phone, but the specs seems to be absolutely stunning!

Here’s a gist of the features:

1. Processor - 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor
2. Camera - 8 MP
3. Screen - 800×480 (predicted)
4. Connectivity - HSPA-speeds up to 7.2 Mbps
5. Graphics - 3D hardware acceleration

As you see, 1 Ghz CPU in a mobile phone is probably unheard of. The phone seems to have it all, except may be an integrated keyboard which some of us may need. We are eagerly waiting fore more information on this upcoming beast.
