Apple iPhone is a revolution, no doubt about it. It definitely changed the way we use to think about a phone. But when it comes to popularity across the globe and not just USA, it seems that no one can beat the behemoth, Nokia. But it looks like things will probably be different by the year 2013.
As per Electronista, Apple will surpass Nokia in smartphone sales within the next 4 years. Although Nokia currently enjoys a massive 40% share across the globe, Apple iPhone will match the share sometime by 2011 which takes the number to 77million. By 2013 Nokia’s share will drop to just 20% and Apple’s would jump to 33%.
