It consists of two compartments as you can see in the picture. You load one of them with the dirty grease laden dishes, bowls,etc. and then let do its job. When done you don’t have to take out and arrange each of the the cleaned ones into a separate shelf to create space because there’s another compartment ready for your next load of dirty utensils. So you save both of your time and energy and of course storage space.
