Does it look like a simple bike? It’s simple yet does have certain special elements that makes it unique. We had seen an example of a folding bike before, but you need to look at this to see the extremities of the folding bike concept. This is called the Contortionist, has an aluminum frame with 26 inch wheels and can be folded into a size not more than the diameter of its wheels! See the pictures to believe.
When folded the collapsed form can be easily dragged along [as shown in last picture]. This has been designed by Dominic Hargreaves, a student at the Royal College of Art in London. The contortionist bike design had been shortlisted for James Dyson Award. It is supposed to be priced at about $675 when marketed.
