Google Chrome browser receives yet another promotion. After recently reported deals between Sony and Google, the Japanese electronics giant is making Chrome the default browser in all its VAIO laptops. This is probably one of the biggest achievements for Chrome which is yet to establish itself as a competitor for Firefox or IE. Whether you still would like to install Firefox the moment you start working on your next VAIO is a different issue though.
This whole thing makes sense since Google have recently agreed to bring close to a million ebooks on Sony’s eReaders.
