As you may know the current/original Android 5 runs on a modified version of Linux. Although this model has been fairly successful worldwide, I think Archos wasn’t too convined by its own proprietary flavor of Linux. Now the all new Archos 5 to be released on September 15th will be powered by Google’s flagship mobile OS, Android. Personally I think, it is a very good  idea…Android already feels matured and robust…and above all it gives user interface a whole new meaning.
