Personally I am not a fan of flip phones, while I find the sliders to be cool and the candy bar form to be ideal. But what about a twist phone design? How often do you see that? Check out the new Nokia Twist. It has a typical square design with a slight round at the corners and measures 2.7  inches each side. The catchy part of the phone is the ring at the corner where the phone swings open. It actually changes color (six of them) depending on the caller from the address book!

Feature-wise, the Twist seems to be decent. It has a 3.2MP camera with flash, supports a wide range of media files playback, has a QWERTY keyboard, supports video recording, video ringtones, text-to-speech, voice recorder, A-GPS and has a full HTML web browser. It also features visual voice mail like the iPhone. Official carrier in the US is likely to be Verizon Wireless (CDMA).
