You have probably heard about rainforests but Solar Forest just doesn’t sound anything familiar, right? It is actually a group of tree like structures with gigantic photovoltaic leaves that are able to collect solar energy. The Solar Forest not only acts as a store house of renewable energy but has also been planned to serve as a charging station for electric cars for utilization of the stored energy.To facilitate the process  the tree forms will be equipped with power outlets.

In addition to the above idea of the forest being a charging station, the large leaves will also provide a cool shade [just like a dense forest] for the parked cars as they get charged. The Solar Forest has been conceptualized by Neville Mars.
