The uber-powerful Nokia N900 is now available for pre-order from buy.com. If you have $565 to invest in your next smartphone, you may seriously consider this deal. Incase you are not sure about the specs…the device is powered by an ARM Cortex 600 Mhz processor, has a whopping 1 GB application memory (which in our records is the highest for any mobile phone), a  32GB + 16 GB (48GB) max. possible storage and runs pure Linux OS. The screen is a resistive-touch laser sharp 3.5 inch 800×480 display.

As for networking…here’s what this baby has:

- 3.5G and WLAN connectivity
- Quadband GSM with GPRS and EDGE
- Data transfers over a cellular network 10/2Mbps
- Data transfers over Wi-Fi 54Mbps
- Flash 9.4 support
- Full-screen browsing

Did we say it also has a Carl Zeiss 5 MP camera with dual LED flash?
