Everything inside Apple is very hush-hush. It has been like that forever. Now there are recent rumors about a new mobile phone that looks totally similar to iPhone / iPod Touch, but is only smaller. We are not sure whether this is next iPhone Nano or the iPod Nano with touch screen. A Taiwanese company confirmed that these pics are of that of the new upcoming iPhone. There seems to be two models, one with a screen size of 2.8 inches while the other 3.2 inches, both obviously smaller than the current 3.5 inch model.

“The developer of these displays, Host Optical, has shown what it describes as a “projected capacitance touch panel,” complete with a collection of characteristics that it suggests are superior to the ones being used in the original iPhone.” Wow…this now gets really interesting!
