Eco Sign shows the way when you are in need for a direction

Here’s a new way to look for transport options like nearby bus stops or train station in case you are in an unknown city. Designers Cheolyeon Jo & Youngsun Lee have come up with the idea of designing manhole covers into digital information centers, so that these can provide information and direction to pedestrians about the nearest bus stop or train station whenever required.
The system which is called the Eco Sign, displays directions by pressing on its edge by foot. As seen in the illustration, directions for the subway and the bus have separate controls. This informative manhole cover is powered by rain water!
