World’s deepest living fish revealed

The slimy thing you see above is no ordinary fish. It is officially the world’s deepest living fish. And for the first time ever, this species of snail fish has been caught on camera in New Zealand. “These strange, pink-bodied fish were photographed at a stunning depth of 24,800 feet in the Kermadec Trench off the coast of New Zealand.”
As obvious these fishes look ugly, but who cares? At 5 miles under the darkest corner of any ocean why would looks be needed anyway?
