This semi-circular structure is just not only a display of a vast collection of solar panels but is a building in China that boasts of being the World’s largest solar powered office building. Shaped in the likes of the sundial, the building uses absolute solar energy for powering its varied facilities it provides… like the hotel, exhibition centers, scientific research areas, meeting rooms etc.

The building also includes advanced roof and wall insulation methods that makes more than 30% of energy savings as compared to the national standards. Situated in Dezhou in northwest China, this building has been considered as the primary location for the 4th World Solar City Congress.
