Nokia sues Apple, prepares for war

Nokia claims that not only the iPhone, in fact almost all products from Apple infringes the company’s patents. That includes the iPod and even the iMac.The complaint has been filed to the US International Trade Commission stating that Apple has violated 7 Nokia patents. Apple counter-sued Nokia in the past stating that Finnish company has virtually copied the iPhone to compete. Of course all allegations filed by both parties are debatable.
At this time it would be hard to figure out who has a better chance of winning. Nokia is no Psystar. It is officially the world’s largest mobile phone manufacturer with over $73 billion in revenues. Things will not be too easy for Apple to explain.
Apple is yet to provide a response to Nokia’s recent allegations.
