Skiff Reader is the world’s thinnest eBook Reader, makes the Kindle look obsolete

The world is finally going green with several eBook manufacturers joining the “Go Green” bandwagon. Amazon Kindle being the pioneer is obviously the de-facto standard when it comes to comparison. What you see above is a new product from Skiff LLC. Called the Skiff Reader, this eBook reader has a massive 11.5-inch display with a 1600×1200 resolution. It is optimized for magazines and newspapers and features a full touch-screen UI. Skiff has also partnered with Sprint to provide 3G connectivity. Amazon, are you listening?
The device does seem to be a strong contender for the Kindle. “The Skiff Reader will feature the Skiff service and digital store, allowing consumers to wirelessly purchase and access a wide variety of newspapers, magazines, books, blogs and other content from multiple publishers. Newspaper and magazine content delivered by Skiff will feature visually appealing layouts, high-resolution graphics, rich typography and dynamic updates…”. What else would you need?
