It is very normal to get amused by new designs but it is even more exciting to know the real stories responsible for their creation. These Paperfold lamp series has one such history. As the name suggests these lamps were inspired by paper folding and the use of colored papers.Primarily the idea evolved when the designer’s [Fredrik Kjellgren] grandmother asked him to create wonderful clothes with paper cut outs. That very use of papers inspired him to create these Paperfold series with six different designs.

They are the ‘Dancing like a duck [2 types], Nypermanentad,Gertrud, Margareta, Astrid ‘. These are available in black, cyan, magenta and amber. The design team comprises of Fredrik Kjellgren, Daniel Andersson, Joakim Kaminsky and Ola Frödell.
