Make your own music using a $43 LED synthesizer from Bliptronic

January 12th, 2010 | 4 Comments | Posted in Gadgets, Life

Do you like the Kraftwerk? Are you interested in retro/old-skool synth music? If yes, then you may find this interesting. Check out the Bliptronic 5000 LED Synthesizer. It is basically a synthesizer with a rather unique design and full of tweakable retro sounds. The device allows you to create loop based patterns and change them dynamically while playing (like a DJ). It features up to 8-note polyphony, lets you set/change the BPM and create sounds using FM waveform synthesis.

“At once a minimalist musical plaything and a hardcore old-skool synthesizer, the Bliptronic defies categorization as it belts out 8-Bit style style tunes from its grid of glowing buttons.”

Price? Just $43 and available here.
