Well, you just have to add them together to get what is called the Jumping Light.It is actually a skipping rope which does not allow your energy to go waste. It is an instrument that helps in conversion of the kinetic energy of every jump into electrical energy for powering the flashlight [handles].Hence whenever required you can also use the flash light with energy expelled from your workout.
