Biggest Disco Ball

January 16th, 2010 | No Comments | Posted in Design

What you see is an actual disco ball only much bigger than you could ever imagine. From the picture you can pretty much get the idea of its enormous size. It’s actually a 7.5 meter disco ball made with 1000 mirrors which was suspended from a crane in Jardin du Luxembourg during the Nuit Blanche event in Paris. Take some time to imagine and then look at its other pictures.

Brainchild and creation of Michel de Broin it is called the La Maîtresse de la Tour Eiffel [or The Mistress of the Eiffel Tower].You can very well imagine the sensational light effects when it was illuminated with the flashlights from different parts of Paris!
