Ubuntu is by far the most popular Linux distro ever. The operating system’s ease of use and reliability has resulted in now millions of fans worldwide. Now the next update, version 10.04 a.k.a. “Lucid Lynx”, will feature a complete new look with a new Ubuntu logo. The OS had the same looks for quite a while, which is about to change, finally.

The new theme is called Light. “We’ve developed a comprehensive set of visual guidelines and treatments that reflect that style, and are updating key assets like the logo accordingly. The new theme takes effect in 10.04 LTS and will define our look and feel for several years.”
