Forbes released the list of the world’s richest billionaires. Mexican tycoon Carlos Slim Helu tops out American billionaires Bill Gates and Warren Buffett, and officially becomes the world’s richest man. His current estimated worth is a whopping $53.5 billion, which is $18 billion more than what he had last year. But Gates is not much behind, just half a billion short with $53 billion; not to mention he was also at the top of the list, 14 out of the last 15 years.

Buffett who is at no. 3 is currently worth $47 billion while Mukesh Ambani of India is a distant 4th with $29 billion. For the complete list you can check here.
