Under water exhibition is a whole new world of sculptures

Amusing and wonderful; you are looking at some of the underwater sculpture exhibits. The sculptures created by artist Jason de Caires Taylor [creator of the world’s first underwater sculpture park] not only express various realms of life but also provide a foundation for aquatic species to inhabit, which make the sculptures ever evolving. The fantastic touch of nature on the man-made structures adds a dynamic element; making it all a new experience each time the sculptures are visited.
“By using sculptures to create artificial reefs, the artist’s interventions promote hope and recovery, and underline our need to understand and protect the natural world.” These sculptures have been kept at shallow waters ranging from 2m to 8m making it possible for divers, snorkelers as well as visitors in glass-bottomed boats to view them. These are just a few of the sculptures. From the 4th photograph[below] you can see how the Un-still Life named exhibit [located in Grenada,West Indies] has undergone transformation. For more pictures you may visit the underwater gallery.
