Palm introduces the world’s first mobile development environment hosted entirely in a browser

Palm made life a lot easier for mobile phone developers. The company recently launched something called Project Ares, that allows development for webOS entirely from a web browser. No hassles like installing/setting up SDKs/environment or any other thing similar. If you have an idea, just start implementing it by going to Ares from your browser.
This definitely is a new form of application development that can provide a true end to end solution, all from a browser itself! As per Palm, “Project Ares aims to enable a next-generation mobile development workflow, in which developers move quickly and seamlessly from editing in a browser, to debugging on a device, to selling applications in Palm’s App Catalog or on the web“.
