Jarst is a pot design that includes a built in manure creating system. There’s room for the plant as well as space for producing manure right from the kitchen waste materials. The organic waste from kitchen are added to the green container for composting to take place. When ready a diaphragm that separates the soil with the composting chamber is removed to let the plant enjoy the nutrients.

The composting pot also has an activated carbon filter to absorb foul odor. Jarst has been designed by Andrea Bartolucci and Leonardo Fortino of Spigoli Vivi.
