Cool lookalikes indeed! If you are thinking Lego, [which normally is perceived by the mind when such structures are seen] then take a closer look. The second picture might help you more. So what looks like a Lego model, for a second, is actually a cardboard structure on which carefully cut pieces of high density foam has been stuck, to obtain the pixelated look. The result is a 8-bit Gary having about 4000 pixels on it.

The Gary costume has been patiently put together by Kiel Johnson and Klai Brown which was made for a Toshiba commercial.
