Some good news from Dell. The company will ‘soon’ be launching the much awaited Streak in the U.S. Although no final dates have been released yet, the phone is already available for a pre-order. In fact today (27th July) is supposed to be the last day you can do that. The price is a little steep, well at least most smartphone geeks will think so. But at $299 with a two-year contract from AT&T and $549 for the unlocked edition, the Dell Streak is already one of the most talked about phone in the market.

Don’t forget, unlike any other Android phone, this baby has a humongous 5-inch capacitive touch-screen display, which makes it well qualified to be called an excellent IMT (Internet Media Device) too.
