The online service which allows you to express anything in just 140 characters or less, has reached another milestone. Twitter, the world’s largest micro-blogging service finally surpasses 20 billion tweets, in just four years since its inception in July 15, 2006. So who is the lucky dude you posted the 20 billionth message? The user ID is GGGGGGo_Lets_Go who sent the tweet at 1544 GM. It seems he is a graphic designer from Tokyo who also works in an advertising agency.

No wonder his Twitter page is flooded with congratulatory messages, from every where on Earth. As for the user, his reaction…”Is it more amazing than winning the lottery? I thought it was a joke.”. Twitter posted its 10 billionth tweet in March 2010. Surprisingly it took less than 5 months to double it!
