Sony launches new budget Walkman in the US

August 11th, 2010 | No Comments | Posted in Gadgets

Sony launches a new line of budget Walkman in the US. The NWZ-E350 (as it is called), will be available in 4GB and 8GB capacities. That’s enough to store 50 hours of music, or 10 hours of video. You can choose from any three colors: black, red and blue. The only supported video format is WMV though, while the audio formats supported are MP3, WMA, AAC and linear PCM. Both the models are competitively priced and are great alternatives to the Apple iPad Nano.

The 4GB model will cost you $70 while the 8GB is priced at $80. Availability? Sometime in September this year.
