No doubt these are colorful food bowls, but unlike the conventional ones these have been made out of coconut shells. Now that’s something new, right? Normally the shells have no use after the removal of the edible portion which is why Bambu has thought of  converting the useless shells into eco-friendly bowls as a sustainable alternative, that could be used for both cold and hot food alike.

“Every bowl is cleaned and polished, then finished with a durable food-safe PU lacquer and accented with a bright color.” The bowls as obvious come in unique shapes. They are available in a set of four colors which are basil green, cayenne, mango and spearmint blue. The set is priced at $58.00.
