Push Up Waste Basket

September 8th, 2010 | No Comments | Posted in Design

When a basket is full of paper litter and you are in no mood of emptying it, what do you generally do? You are likely to press down on the contents of the bin itself to create more space. Well, with Push-Up you need not touch anything in the waste basket. Push-Up is flexible enough to be used just like a paper bag to squeeze the contents and flatten them. What next?

When released the Push-Up waste basket gets back to its original shape as if it went through no bending of any sort while creating the extra volume you very much needed. The Push-Up waste basket designed by Sung-Hyeun Shin, Jeong-Hoon Cha & Chang-hyeun Lee is the winner of the iF Concept Design 2010.
