Google to make a massive offshore wind project and provide power to 1.9 million households
Google, along with New York-based Good Energies, is planing to make a massive offshore wind project in the Atlantic Ocean, that will stretch from New Jersey to Virginia (350 miles). The project is supposed to deliver enough power to 1.9 million households and will be called the Atlantic Wind Connection (AWC). It is scheduled to start in 2013.
