Whenever we think of a carpet, automatically our mind pictures a soft feeling texture filled with brilliant and warm colors. But how about a carpet made of bricks? Exceptions are possible and you are presently looking at it. The gigantic carpet has been created by a careful arrangement of bricks which covers an area of 470m². It was made by We Make Carpets, for the art festival FLUX/S in Eindhoven, Netherlands. Close-up pictures are attached below.
