Slick disguise to outwit the evil pursuers
Can you spot the odd one from the above picture? The first vending machine has a white pair of feet peeping out! Well, it’s not a fancy dress competition but a method to camouflage on the streets when you are in doubt. Designer Aya Tsukioka from Japan has come up with this vending machine dress which can be worn and changed into a hideout whenever required.
She was influenced by the camouflaging act of the Japanese Ninjas who used black blankets at nightfall and hence thought about a similar method for today’s people. In addition to the dress, she has also designed a backpack which replicates a Japanese fire hydrant to be used by kids, and a handbag that looks like a man-hole cover to keep your belongings safe from prying eyes.
