Gigantic corn cobs in Dublin, Ohio
Wow! Isn’t it just amazing to see giant white corn cobs popping right out of the field? For a moment it may seem surreal but they actually exist. An artist’s impression, the display consists of 109 such cement corn cob structures installed finely in multiple rows.
Located in Dublin, Ohio, this very field was once a plantation ground for hybrid corn introduced by Sam Frantz. Although no more cultivation takes place now, artist Malcolm Cochran’s idea of erecting gigantic corn cobs creates a grand impact on the visitors, thus making a statement on its historical significance.
