G.P.Stamps lets you track your package in realtime
Whether you are sending a parcel or receiving one, a little delay in either case is frustrating. If it happens to be an important one then it gets the better of us. Here’s a concept of a G.P.Stamp devised by designer Ho-Tzu Cheng which allows the user to track a parcel in real-time, without any assistance from the official package delivery companies.
G.P.Stamp has been designed to be a flexible material with a GPS circuit printed on one side and a 0.4 mm thick battery cell on the other. One would have the option to select various battery options [5day/8day/12day] available for the G.P.Stamp depending on the distance the package is being sent to. The G.P. Stamp is affixed like a normal stamp on the package while the exact location at any time is checked by logging on to the server during the stretch of its delivery.
G.P.Stamp is a slim stamp-sized mail/package tracking “paper” chip that applies GPS and Printed Electronics technologies to provide reliable locations of mail and packages in transportation.G.P.Stamp is printable and inexpensive.
