Apple has started the countdown for the 10 billionth app download from its uber-popular App Store. Less than 240 million downloads left (as we write this article) to reach the milestone. If you are the lucky one, you would receive a $10,000 iTunes gift card and buy whatever apps, songs or movies you always wanted. Only a year ago, Apple reached 3 billion downloads. No wonder things got escalated after the launch of the iPad and iPhone 4.
