Multiple forms of the ‘Song of the Sirens’ furniture

January 25th, 2011 | 1 Comment | Posted in Design

Song Of The Sirens is a beautiful piece of work by Baliant Kormos which was exhibitedon the Hungarian Design Awards in the Museum of Applied Arts in 2008.

The elegant chair involves symmetrical figures that makes it possible to be folded in a number of ways. To rest on it as desired, the user thus can transform the single seating structure into multiple versions whenever required. The numerous forms in addition to the colors and textures make it both an interesting as well as an appealing furniture piece.
