You would call it awesome but we would like to name it Cursor-some! What you are looking at is an optical mouse with dual buttons that “not only controls the cursor on the screen, but looks like one, too“ ! Called the Mus2, these are compatible with both Mac OS X and Windows. The Mus2 is the improvised version of the original model called Mus [pictured below] which had a single button.

There’s also Mus3 that comes with a scroll wheel. For both Mus2 and Mus3 an indicator on the handle lights up to let you know when batteries are low or there’s a need for maintenance. Designed by Artlebedev Studio, they are available in both white and black colors.
