This edible calendar is made of chocolate
What could be sweeter than having to feast each day on a chocolate piece from a chocolate calendar for a whole year? The calendar although looks and sounds incredible, the designer has a noble intention as to why he has thought of this unique system. In order to curb paper wastage Dmitry Kutlayev has designed this Edible Calendar which he thinks addresses the waste problem.
He also states that this calendar would not only serve the purpose of keeping a check on dates but would also put a stop to the need of separately buying normal chocolates, while even keeping a check on sugar consumption [possible by making thinner chocolate calendars].
The idea involved sums up as: Instead of thinking about recycling waste materials the emphasis should be given on solutions which in the first place creates minimum waste.
