Y-BIO is a temporary habitation meant for enjoying a relaxing getaway at the sea. The structure comes in modules which is assembled with simple hand guided tools. The shelter does not need any foundation footing and is thus nature friendly.

Brought forward by Archinoma, the Y_BIO based on Shelest joint are both mountable and dis-mountable. Materials used are steel tubes, chains, polycarbonate, pine, alder and tent fabric.

Sizes can vary according to the needs. Besides serving as an enclosure, the Y-BIO could be used as a spa or for parties or even to arrange a BBQ. “First modularY-BIO beach houses were set up at the windy Crimea seaside in summer 2009.”
